Welcome to RD Institute for Career (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website, enquiry forms, and all activities related to admissions, communication, academic classes, and participation in our educational programs. By accessing our website, attending classes, or enrolling at RD Institute, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. General Rules
- Students and parents must provide accurate and truthful information during enquiry, counselling, and admission processes.
- All communications, documents, and data shared with the Institute will be treated confidentially in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- RD Institute reserves the right to modify rules, schedules, faculty allocations, and program structures as necessary for academic rigor or administrative reasons.
2. Enquiry and Admission
- Enquiries must be made through official channels such as the institute’s website (rdinstitute.co.in), registered email, or in-person visit during office hours.
- Submission of an admission form or enquiry does not guarantee final selection; admission is based on eligibility, evaluation, available batch capacity, and management discretion.
- Students under 16 years of age are eligible for school academic and foundation tuition programs (Classes 6–10), and foundation building for future competitive examinations.
- A four-day demo period is available before final enrollment to evaluate teaching quality, pedagogy, and batch compatibility; continuation after this demo period confirms student enrollment and acceptance of fee structures.
3. Fees and Payments
- All fee details are provided transparently through official written communications, prospectus documentation, or on the institute’s administrative desk.
- Payments must be made only to authorized finance personnel or through verified official payment methods against an official receipt.
- Late payments or unpaid dues beyond agreed dates may result in late penalties, suspension of academic services, or cancellation of admission.
- Merit scholarships and fee concessions are performance-based and subject to periodic review; benefits may be revised if academic performance or attendance falls below mandated thresholds.
4. Classes, Attendance, and Conduct
- Minimum Attendance: Students must maintain a minimum of 85% attendance across lectures, laboratories, and problem-solving sessions to remain eligible for internal evaluations and progress certifications.
- Punctuality: Late entry into lecture halls disrupts academic flow and is not permitted. Students must arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled class time.
- Device Policy: The use of personal mobile phones or unapproved electronic devices during classroom lectures and test sessions is strictly prohibited.
- ID & Protocol: Students must follow the prescribed dress protocol and carry their official student ID cards on all designated teaching and test days.
- Misbehavior, disrespect to mentors or peers, or disruption of teaching will lead to immediate disciplinary proceedings.
5. Leave and Absence
- Leave requests must be submitted in advance in writing using the official institute leave requisition form.
- Absence exceeding two consecutive days requires an authorized letter or medical certificate from parents or guardians.
- Unauthorized absence may lead to academic review, parent notification, or forfeit of scholarship privileges.
6. Examination and Assessment
- All scheduled periodic tests, module evaluations, mock board exams, and full-length JEE/NEET tests are mandatory.
- Students and parents may review test analyses and seek doubt clarification through scheduled academic review meetings.
- RD Institute maintains high standards of confidentiality, fairness, and transparency in all evaluations and rankings.
7. Discipline and Campus Behaviour
- Students must behave respectfully with faculty members, administrative staff, and fellow students at all times.
- Any form of harassment, ragging, bullying, or aggressive misconduct will result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.
- Unauthorized photography, videography, or audio recording on campus premises is strictly prohibited without prior written director consent.
- All study packages, practice modules, DPPs (Daily Practice Problems), and mock test papers are the exclusive intellectual property of RD Institute and may not be shared, duplicated, or distributed.
- Students must not engage in any unlawful, defamatory, or disruptive activities while representing the institute.
8. Campus Property and Safety
- Students must respect classrooms, smart boards, laboratories, library materials, and campus assets. Any damage or vandalism will be assessed and charged to the student's legal guardian.
- Personal belongings remain the sole responsibility of the student. The Institute is not liable for loss or damage to personal items.
- RD Institute takes comprehensive precautions for student safety and security within campus premises.
9. Results and Academic Commitments
- The Institute delivers rigorous, proven academic coaching and disciplined support, but does not guarantee specific examination scores, government college selections, or ranks.
- Final academic success depends on student effort, consistent practice, regular attendance, and adherence to faculty guidance.
10. Grievance Redressal
- Parents or students may submit feedback or grievances directly to the administrative office or through written communication to the Director’s desk.
- All concerns will be reviewed constructively and addressed in a fair and timely manner.
11. Intellectual Property
